There are three workout rules that Erin recommends for any fitness program.
- Flexibility: Your body relies on every bone, joint, muscle, and organ to function. Keeping all of these body parts active keeps them flexible. This is achieved by having a great workout plan, along with shorter but meaningful workout sessions.
- Consistency: The name of the game is to be consistent. Eat good foods in moderation all the time. Allow yourself enough time to sleep, which allows your body to regenerate itself with ease. Choose a time of day or a period of time during the day to complete a workout session.
- Reward: At the end of your workweek, reward yourself. Maintaining a healthy program is not always easy. Reward yourself with a trip to the spa, shop for that favorite pair of shoes or dress, go on a date. We all love a little inspiration after putting in the work.
